Welcome to Navigating the Wilderness.
If you’ve found yourself in a season where life no longer fits—but the way forward isn’t clear—you’re not lost. You’re in the wilderness.
This podcast is for those walking through in-between seasons—where things feel uncertain, stretched, or stripped back—and where God often does His deepest work.
Here, we talk about what it really looks like to walk with God when clarity is limited and the path isn’t mapped out. You’ll hear reflections on discernment, identity, and learning to recognize His voice in the middle of it all. At times, I’ll also share conversations and stories from others who have walked through their own wilderness seasons and encountered God there.
This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about learning how to navigate—anchored in truth, guided by His presence, and growing in the ability to discern what He’s doing in your life.
If you’re in a season that feels unclear, uncomfortable, or stretching—you’re not alone. And you’re not without direction.
🌿 Work With Me
If you’re a woman navigating a season of transition and you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you, I offer one-on-one coaching designed to help you find clarity, hear God’s direction, and move forward with confidence.

Join me as I dive into this conversation with Scott Nary, founder of 420 Fire International Ministries. Scott was raised as the son of a coal miner in West Virginia and later called into ministry. His journey in ministry over the past 30+ years has taken him all over the world. He’s been in a process of unlearning what it means to follow the Lord and partner with Him rather than work for Him. Scott has experienced numerous wilderness seasons and shares wisdom and insights about the process of refining that happens in the wilderness when we learn to embrace the process. I know you’ll find this conversation enlightening and encouraging.

This week I am speaking about gratitude and stewardship. The Wilderness is a place where we get what we need but not necessarily what we want. If we're not careful the temptation can become to focus on what looks like deficiency or lack and fail to recognize God's sufficiency in our life. Gratitude is a powerful weapon against discouragement when life becomes challenging.

Thanks for joining me this week! When we are in a wilderness season it often feels like we are going in the opposite direction of where we think we should be going. God often gives us a glimpse of where He's taking us but when we experience testing and difficulty we can lose sight of what He has said. Today I'm talking about the importance of holding onto the vision He's given you and some practical ideas you can implement that will help you to remain resolute in moving in the direction the Lord has given you.
If this is an encouragement to you I'd love it if you would share it with another that will be blessed by it.

In this episode, I share some things God has been speaking to me about over the last couple of weeks since I aired the last episode. I talk about the hurricane that made landfall in Florida, a major storm that hit my friend's life, and how we can best navigate the storms of life around us. Hold on to the Lord, my friends. Things may get a bit rocky but in Him, we are kept secure.

In this episode, I'm talking about how the Wilderness creates a spiritual hunger and thirst in us. It's easy to feel like giving up in the middle of the journey when things become hard. As I was filming this I was reminded of a time in my life when I was about to give up and God led me to make a change that ultimately transformed my perspective and brought a breakthrough.
This episode was filmed on October 3rd, before I knew a hurricane was heading toward those of us living in Florida. As this episode releases I'm challenged to live out the words I'm sharing with all of you, to keep my eyes on Jesus and not on the storm. He will bring us through.

Welcome to Navigating the Wilderness
Wilderness seasons can be very challenging and painful. Often we feel alone, deserted and lost. We've let go of the things that no longer fit us but we're not sure where to go from here. The Wilderness can make us feel dry, weary and longing for the past. However, the wilderness can be a beautiful experience where we recognize the voice of God in our lives and we allow Him to transform us into the person He intended for us to become.
If you are struggling in a wilderness season and feeling a bit lost, this podcast is for you. I pray that you are encouraged and that this podcast helps you to grow closer to your heavenly Father in a way you've never experienced before.
